The most common traffic tickets and the costs are:
Speeding: < 25 miles over - $187.50
Speeding: >25 miles over - 207.50
Fail Stop Sign - 187.50
Expired Tag - 192.50
Blocking Intersection - 197.50
Improper Passing - 187.50
Texting While Driving - 192.50
No Insurance - 217.50
If you get a ticket for Driving while Suspended, Revoked, Expired or Canceled, you are REQUIRED to come to Court.
Failure to Appear and/or Failure to Pay will result in a warrant for your arrest and possibly a suspension of your Driver's License.

July 14 at 3:00 pm

November 10 at 3:00 pm

You have received a traffic ticket. Now what do you do next?
Several options are available.
Option 1-You can opt to participate in Driving School. This option keeps points off of your driving record and your insurance. You would go online to ETADATADIRECT.COM, pay $210.00, complete the 30 question multiple choice test, and then contact the Magistrate. When completed, your ticket will be dismissed.
Option 2 - If you are under the age
of 21 at the time of the ticket,
you can ask for Youthful Offender
Status. This will also keep the points
off of your license and your insurance.
Option 3- Pay the ticket in full before the court date and you will not be required to attend.
Option 4- Come to court; go before the Judge and discuss your case or payment options.
